Adobe Creative Cloud finally comes to Chrome OS – Canaltech

One of the most negative to the adoption of chromebooks factors is the absence of some software considered “weight” and widely used on PCs and Macs, such as Photoshop, for example. Adobe realized this deficiency and developed another option for those who use the Adobe Creative Cloud.

The site ArsTecnica announced that Chrome OS is the next operating system to run the service from Adobe, receiving, per hour, a version Beta of Photoshop works via streaming for educational use in the United States. The minimum network requirements are speed 5 Mbps and maximum latency of 250 ms. Subsequent updates will support the use of resources hardware as GPU . Initially, work in virtualized system.
