The software is a platform adaptation Janitorial Participatory Urban (ZUP), free software developed by TIM Institute and already implemented in São Bernardo do Campo (SP) and Boa Vista (RR). In Rio de Janeiro, the system will support the work and demands the Department of Conservation, as well as the services provided by RioLuz and the Comlurb in activities such as drainage, paving, maintenance of public roads, lamp repair and garbage collection.
