The manufacturer of equipment and self-service systems (ATMs) NCR said it completed the purchase of CimpleBox , back-office software maker provided in the service model ( SaaS) for restaurants and retailers. The company informs that already integrated the solutions CimpleBox to its portfolio.
According to Paul Langenbahn, president of NCR’s hospitality division, buying seeks to reinforce the manufacturer strategy to help businesses of all sizes to modernize its operations.
the general director for the Hospitality market in Latin America and the Caribbean, Ricardo Carreon, reports that for customers in the region the union of companies is an important step towards consolidating the business in the retail market and food service, as it will be possible to add more features to small and medium establishments seeking efficiency and modern service.
