Algar Tech happens to resell and integrate CA Technologies software – Computerworld

Algar Tech entered into a business partnership with CA Technologies. With the agreement, the company will resell the manufacturer solutions. Moreover, it will act as integrator in software deployment within the customer infrastructure.

The alliance strengthens the front of managed services and targeted projects in Brazil that include service desk management systems and monitoring tools (Unified Infrastructure Management).

the relationship between the companies began in 2009, when the Algar started internally using the AC system to manage their service desk operations.

“Now that we have become an official partner, we now have a more competitive, complete and integrated business,” said Gustavo Santarém, iT portfolio manager at integrator.
