Extended the deadline for submission of articles for the WSL … – BR-Linux

The workshop Free Software (WSL) is the academic event FISL, in which researchers and students can present their work and receive a certificate, and published in the proceedings of event. Since 2000, the WSL is held annually with the FISL.

This year’s WSL is co-located with the FISL17 from 13 to 16 July 2016 in Porto Alegre.O workshop promotes discussion of the state of the art in development, evaluation and adoption of FOSS. The objectives of the WSL are bringing together diverse segments of the community, in terms of area of ​​knowledge, geography and experience; identify ways in which research in FOSS can interact with other areas of research; and discuss directions for future research.

Join! The call for papers has been extended until May 01. Notification of acceptance will be given until 15 May and submission of the final version is until May 22.
