A former CIA agent, Jim Shinn, says it has created a software capable of predicting terrorist attacks, wars and financial crises and was able to point out the imminence of the attacks of Paris.
According to Mirror, this software, PREDATA name, is able to aggregate data from across the internet and social networks to detect patterns that point to certain outcomes. The software began being used only to detect the likelihood of a financial crisis, but, according to Shinn, the same method appears to work with terrorist attacks.
Account Shinn before the Paris attacks were more ‘ buzz ‘around the terrorism theme. The former agent said that terrorists have more videos that serve as inspiration to carry out such acts.
