In a cycle of acquisitions that began last year, Alterdata Software has just become the largest provider of automation systems for retail in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The Alterdata held merger of Interfacenet, which has a portfolio of 2,500 retail customers of clothes, shoes and accessories. This means that Alterdata intends to maintain the structure of Interfacenet in service and relationship, but on the other hand, wants to increase investments in research, development and new technologies.

Interfacenet acts with important systems which will integrate the solutions offered by Alterdata in accounting, business management and business management. According to Carvalho, the software used in the stores is very adjusted to the fashion segment. “Planning and Production Control is focused on preparation, being a very important element, as the sector has many characteristics. The Interfacenet has a WMS – distribution and logistics management system – which will be integrated also to our Bimer product, a data control cockpit tailored for entrepreneurs. Alterdata expanded its operations over the years and bet on a number of product launches. It opened four business units and had already purchased the operation of two technology companies in 2015. The company has about 1,300 employees operating in several states in 85 business units serving 30,000 active clients. “Our strategic plan is being followed up with a well-reasoned proposal of acquisitions and expansion of our portfolio of solutions entrepreneurs.
