Software can predict when an employee will resign

The Workday, a company that offers HR and finance solutions for companies, is developing software that uses big data to make a complete management of employees and to find out when they will retire.
The system can detect most notable candidates for a job, provide surplus in the budget, check profiles on social networks to organize people in their types of jobs and identify when is the right time to offer a raise or promotion.
The Workday stated that surveyed more than 1 billion of new jobs to be able to recruit people who would fit in more than one type of position. The company has listed about 20 occupations and plans to have another 70 identified positions, helping recruiters at the time of choosing an employee.
Aneel Bhusri, co-founder and CEO of Workday, told the New York Times the company will observe the way customers are using the product to then tailor it to your needs
