Deadline for certification of billing software to be extended back – TeK.sapo

The new deadline for companies to begin using billing software already certified by the tax administration services is now December 31, a measure that applies to companies that have developed their own billing software and must submit the product to a certification process that goes through AT.

In order to define the extension of the term of the certification process is explained that there is “significant a number of pending requests for certification of billing programs produced internally by companies.”

This Thursday, October 2, finished before the deadline set by the Tax Authority to complete the certification process. For companies that use third-party software, the requirement to use certified software is already in place for companies with turnover of more than EUR 100 000 businesses.

In June the deadline for certification of software produced in companies already had been delayed with the same justification.
