Dell Software accounts for increased sales and revenues … – National Insurance Portal

 Dell Software has registered a significant growth in sales and revenue generated from partners. The results reflect the integration of resellers and integrators who work with software solutions to the company’s channel program PartnerDirect. With the merger, which also went into effect in Brazil in March this year, Dell has consolidated all partners under one program, which then assemble hardware, software and services.

“In the Brazilian market, Dell recorded a growth of 39% for indirect software sales in the first half of this year, which contributed to a year-on-year from 42% in the overall results of the Dell Software in the same period, “says Director of Sales Dell Software in the country, Rubia Coimbra.

Since the integration of the Dell Software PartnerDirect channels to the channel program, launched globally in September 2013, Dell has achieved important advances in global results, including:

• Sales of Dell Software by channels achieved 15% revenue growth year over year, including 42% growth in supply solutions for information management, 20% in management systems and 7% in safety;

• The main product lines that had an explosive growth are integration software with 274% year on year, with double-digit gains in data protection, data management, and management of enterprise mobility;

• Individual records software business increased 61% year on year and the value of the registered business grew 32% in terms quarterly;.

• The number of hardware partners that have adopted skills software grew 8% year on year

In addition, the partners of the Dell Software have leveraged training programs PartnerDirect and competence with record numbers:

• Since September 2013, almost 11 000 professionals working in partners completed over 37,000 training courses Dell Software;

• Dell Software also recorded a steady growth in conclusions of course, with a 102% increase worldwide in the current fiscal year (which began in February 2014), and an increase of 50% of participants of the quarterly courses;

• The issues of data protection and security training are attracting interest, especially of the most important partners. Among the software training courses completed by the partners in the second quarter, 40% were on data protection and 2% safety.
