The Linx disbursed R $ 28.5 million for Big Systems. The transaction may have an additional £ 10.2 million, according to the reaching financial and operational targets for the years 2015 and 2016.

Headquartered in Trough, in São Paulo The company provides software for financial management and control of networks of pharmacies and small and medium-sized and earned $ 13.4 million in the last 12 months.

The manufacturer management system follows an accelerated pace of inorganic growth. The process gained new impetus with the IPO of the company in February 2013

“The acquisition of Big Systems is aligned with the strategy of Linx expansion in major retail verticals,” reinforced Alberto Menashe , CEO of Linx, in a statement.
