The Human Rights Secretariat of the Presidency ( SDH) announced on Monday (15) the use of a tool that will map the occurrence of hate crimes on the Internet. The software will collect data and identify networks that come together to make offenses to groups of people. The tool will be the pillar of the activities of the Working Group Against Hate networks on the Internet, created in November to monitor and map crimes against human rights on social networks.

“We have followed and been concerned about the growth of these hate crimes, which are encouraged and released on the Internet.
