MWC 2015: Lenovo Vibe Shot, a great camera in a software … – Tudocelular.com

Lenovo enters the group of manufacturers not operating on national soil, with the exception of Motorola – which is internationally operated Chinese firm (yes, Lenovo is China ). Even so, the MWC this year showed that the company is committed to deliver good appliances, construction and attractive features little above other Chinese models. The Vibe Shot is one of them, with the best camera I’ve ever seen on a smartphone.

Smartphones with focus on high performance and quality cameras are coming slowly to users . There are models from Samsung, Asus and Microsoft (formerly Nokia) that prove the willingness to take great pictures and retire compact camera on trips – mainly the convenience of being able to save everything in the cloud, or on social networks. To this end, Lenovo introduced the Vibe Shot, a smartphone beautifully finished and delivers a beautiful sensor 16: 9 and is able to take photos up to 16 megapixels. The device itself the rear body resembles a camera with metallic texture brushed steel right where are the lens, three LEDs to flash and a laser to help in the picture of the hour.

Also in photos, there is a small dedicated button for them and another that alternates between the way with everything on automatic and another facing those who want more control of your photos. In this way, more professional, you have control of several picture points, as manual focus, shutter opening time until the white balance. Everything would be wonderful (as the end result is amazing), if not for the great similarity of this software with this in Lumia smartphones to images. The way to activate the settings is identical to what is done in Lumias – just pull the photo button and settings appear

Another point that shows no creativity Lenovo is in the graphical interface of the home screens.. Like much of Chinese manufacturers, Lenovo does not include application menu and still uses much of appeals in iOS. Folders have the same design as found on iPhones, as well as the opening animation of them, paging apps inside or outside. What changes is that the folder is transparent, opaque background against Apple’s mobile operating system.

Inside, we have a 1.7 GHz Snapdragon processor 615 octa-core, 3GB of RAM, screen IPS Full HD 5-inch and 32 GB internal space – which can grow up to 128 GB on a microSD. In minutes I spent with the phone, I noticed that the animation is not as fluid as those found in Motorola’s handsets, which is part of “the same owner.” Thinking about the real focus of the device is not negative to have a slightly lower performance, since the photos (which is even part of the cell name) were higher than I’ve seen in almost all Androids. Outside, we have metal with brushed steel texture on the sides (the red color is beautiful, really) and glass on the back. The footprint is quite comfortable, even for a device that abuses straightest lines and major.

Unfortunately there is no prediction of the coming of this device in brazilian lands. The price of the device is quite attractive (for proposing, with beautiful pictures): $ 349, or about £ 1100 , not including import taxes. A value quite modest, especially for someone who takes better pictures than all its close competitors – but, as is common in Chinese appliances, leaves the creativity in software and blatantly copies the Lumias and iOS
