ESPAP establishes framework agreement for software – Computerworld Portugal

The 68 lots that make up the framework agreement are organized into software groups such as infrastructure software, networking, security, development, productivity or specific to the areas of health and education, “among others, and are composed of 20,300 software products,” says a statement.

According to ESPAP amount to approximately EUR 134 million “economic ratings” contained in State budget for 2015 that support the agreement for the 1,800 affiliate of National Public Procurement System. This “is the total value of economic classifications in which there expenditure components associated with software”, but does not mean, says the agency, that “economic classifications covering all services and products” of the agreement.

The “public contracting instrument” establishes requirements for the acquisition of licenses and the provision of related services, maximum prices and other provisions to be met by buyers and traders entities.
