Volkswagen fraud software was an ‘open secret': report – News Minute to Brazil (press release)

The German newspaper “Sueddeutsche Zeitung” cites Volkswagen’s documents show that the software used by the German automaker, to manipulate the diesel pollutant content, was a kind of “open secret” of montores developers department.

According to the newspaper, many employees of the department knew or were involved in software development.
