Students of Fortaleza were surprised on Saturday (13) to catch buses and vans. The portfolios that pay half fare were blocked. According to the Company of Urban Transport of Fortaleza (Etufor), the agency is investigating the possible causes of the problem by the Union of Ceara Passenger Transport Companies (Sindiônibus). The Etufor found that there were technical problems with the Validator software, blocking a lot of stamp certifications in some cars and the terminal turnstiles.
