After more than six months of waiting the new software of the iPoker has finally been revealed by one of its biggest partners, the Bet365 .
This new software, still in trial version, features a brand new lobby and inspired by the new trend of design, the “flat”.
The biggest inspiration for this new image could be the Microsoft GUI, the “Modern”, formerly known as Metro.
Originally developed for use in Windows Phone, the principles of the Metro use, such as typography, started with Microsoft Encarta, and later evolved into other programs such as Windows Media Center and Zune. Although it was developed for the Windows Phone, Microsoft subsequently progressed to interface to other of its products such as the Xbox 360 and recently Windows 8.
Letters to bold, colors and animations are what you can expect to see this new software. The end result has an air “fresh” and clean.
Gone are the times when the lobby only had tabs, this new version has several flat buttons with the name above. Screen transitions are made smoothly and with a small animation. In fact, look at the new lobby of the iPoker is like looking at the new Microsoft operating systems.
Not only the lobby has been changed, the tables also received a new design. Too bad we can not try this new software as of now, still we hope that it is in its final version at the back to be available to lusos players.
