Della Coletta Bioenergia invests in specialized software for … – Investments and News

Company’s sugarcane industry achieved better results since the implementation of the new system

With 60 years of experience in the sugar and ethanol sector, Della Coletta Bioenergia S / a – “DCBio” began in a small farm Cordeirópolis, the state of São Paulo. Company strictly family, cultivated sugar cane and rum produced on a small scale. Over the years has grown considerably, and today the plant, located in the city of Bariri, is one of the leading country in the production of sugar and ethanol for the domestic market and for export.

The steady growth company, which now has about 1300 employees, made six years ago, the need arose to implement a functional and efficient system to facilitate and improve the work of employees. “We realized that with a system integrating all sectors and helping to control and communication, we could improve and streamline the information needed to make strategic decisions in the company,” says Fábio Pussi, Control Area DCBio.

DCBio opted by systems of CHB Informática, a company specializing in creating software for administrative, agricultural and industrial control. “Before implementing the system, all data and information were stored in spreadsheets on the computer and there was no integration between the areas. We lost a lot of time and manpower and the result was still inefficient, “says Fabio Pussi.

DCBio today uses all systems of CHB in the agricultural, industrial and administrative modules. “Today everyone has instant access to practical and intelligent solutions extracting information needed for better decision making, which reflects our constant search for increased efficiency and cost reduction,” added Fabio Pussi.

CHB develops its applications in GeneXus a rapid development tool (RAD) and cross-platform that enables automated generation and maintenance of applications. Thus, the systems are very simple and functional and help in the effectiveness of the results of the customers.

According to Fabio Pussi the DCBio is seeking to increase its production without thereby having an exponential increase in operating costs. Pussi says: “Surely the optimization of our work, also provided by the deployed systems, is helping us achieve this conduct”
