A software developed in Paraíba will help the access of deaf people to computer contents, mobile and Web platforms. Named Vliras, the software translates the digital content, text, audio and video, for the Brazilian Sign Language ( pounds) and was developed at the Federal University of Paraíba. The project team will also provide plugins for browsers, which will enable the implementation of VLibras application without having to install directly on the local machine .
