A company’s Information Technology (IT) of Santos, on the coast, has developed a software used by large real estate companies. More than 20 institutions of the State of São Paulo began to use the “Digital Construction” program, which assists professionals in administrative management of the business.
Created by RichWorks Innovative Solutions, the software operates in contract management sale of units constructed, with automatic update of parcels from various indexes, forms of payment and relationship with customers and suppliers.
In addition, the program assists in service, debt management, accounts payable and receive, financial management, quotation management and purchasing, process management and account transfers to third current. The software runs on the cloud and can be accessed from anywhere you have a computer with internet access.
