Microsoft buys analysis software company – IT Forum 365

Microsoft announced today (3/9) the acquisition of VoloMetrix , software company founded in 2011 focused on organizational performance analysis, using data Anonymous collected from corporate communications enterprise systems. The transaction amount was not disclosed.

In a post on the official company blog, Microsoft said the acquisition will integrate the technology VoloMetrix the application package Office 365 for office and Delve content viewing platform.

Rajesh Jha, corporate vice president of Microsoft, said it expected to launch a Delve preview program next month, and release new integrated services to Office 365 by the end of 2015.
