The Spot Software Solutions has made available the ToBeFlow portal, from which provides software as a service (SaaS acronym in English) to manage unstructured business information. “The solution that allows management of all peripheral information to the ERP system, usually spread by Excel files, email messages, business proposals, address books, among other information,” said a company statement.
According to the company ToBeFlow also serves to optimize the management of processes of an organization, including the departments of legal, commercial, operations, human resources, accounting and quality. The solution provider’s business, legal and veterinary applications is used by Codifis, LXGest and greenzone, says the company.
